Iasis Elements Melatonin Spray helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep when 1 mg is taken immediately before bedtime, and helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag when at least 0.5 mg is taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
 

Spray 4 pumps into the mouth about half an hour before bedtime. Shake well before use.
